We grant the following warranties for our products.
1. Warranty
We offer a warranty against poor performance when used correctly in accordance with the instructions in the product manual.
• 12V/24V: 5 years warranty
• 48V: 10 years warranty
• 48V DIY case: 5 years warranty
• Charger: 2 years warranty
The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).
Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions in the manual.
We will assist in analysing the consumer’s problem within 24 hours and help to resolve the problem, restore the battery and introduce the best way to use it.
If our product is not working properly, the consumer has assisted us in completing all battery tests and both parties have confirmed that there is indeed a quality problem with the product, we will send the faulty battery back to our EU warehouse with a return label prepared by us and we will replace it with a new battery. Our technical team will inspect and test the faulty battery to analyse the problem.
If you encounter any problems during use, please feel free to contact us, we will provide 24 hours customer service.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If given away or resold, the customer must claim the warranty through the original purchaser. Original order information is required to claim the warranty.
A return label will be provided for customers who need to return the product to a specified location at a specified time.
Batteries repaired or replaced within the warranty period will not receive an extended warranty. Instead, repaired/replaced batteries will be subject to the original warranty period issued at the time of initial purchase.
The warranty does not cover failures due to improper handling, product modification, installation, or intentional damage. The warranty also does not cover serious quality problems with the product caused by the consumer’s failure to properly install, use, or maintain the product in accordance with the instruction manual.
3. Refund
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item then give a refund.
• 10% restocking fee will be charged for a refund.
• Return shipping label will be paid for by the buyer.
• 30-day return policy only.
• Use the Original Basengreen.com package boxes.
• Refund handling fee is borne by the buyer.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Before shipping, please contact us to get the return number.
Basengreen.com will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
